Schopf die Weiterbildung zum Facharzt für Orthopädie sowie Unfallchirurgie. Zusätzlich erwarb er die Zusatzbezeichnungen Sportmedizin, Chirotherapie und Akupunktur A-Diplom. Im Jahr 2008 schloss Dr. med. Schopf die Ausbildung Osteopathische Medizin (DAAO, EROP) ab und besucht seitdem regelmäßig Fort- und Weiterbildungen. Zu seinen abgeschlossenen Weiterbildungen zählen Atlastherapie nach Arlen und Manuelle Therapie bei Kindern bei der ÄMKA.
