Pricing questions

No. Card processing is at Stripe's published rate plus our per-booking fee — nothing else. SMS reminders are charged at cost, monthly.
02. Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time; downgrade at the next renewal. Data and team seats carry across.
03. Do you charge for migration?
Free migration from any PMS or paper-based system during the first 14 days. Our team handles the data move.
04. What happens if I cancel?
You can export every record (patients, appointments, notes, invoices) as JSON or CSV at any time — included free.
