His dedication to continuous learning led him to achieve the ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) examination certificate in September 2019. Furthermore, he obtained MRCP-SCE Medical Oncology (UK) in September 2021, a prestigious degree awarded by the Royal College of Physicians in the UK.
Dr. Jacob is well-versed in managing various medical procedures, including Lumbar Puncture, Bone Marrow Aspiration and Biopsy, Liver and Renal Biopsy, Pleural & Ascitic Aspiration, Central Venous Line Implantation, Endotracheal Intubation, Mechanical Ventilation, and Dialysis Catheter Insertion.
Before joining Zulekha Hospital, Dr. Jacob held the position of Consultant Medical Oncologist at the American Oncology Institute for two years in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and an additional four months in Calicut, Kerala. He also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Oncology at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in Bangalore for nearly two years
