About
Rebecca O'Neill is a dedicated Nutritional Therapist specialising in autoimmune conditions, immune system support, and sports nutrition. With a personal journey overcoming chronic health challenges, Rebecca is passionate about empowering others to take control of their health and well-being through tailored diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes.
Rebecca's path to health transformation began after years of struggling with ailments such as IBS, headaches, hormonal imbalance, skin issues, stress, and fatigue. Her health further declined, leading to a diagnosis of Crohn's Disease at the age of 22, when she was a young mother of two. After extensive research, Rebecca learned how dietary changes could improve the symptoms of Crohn's disease, leading her to implement new dietary habits.
With gradual improvements in her health, Rebecca decided to pursue a career in nutrition, studying at The Institute of Health Sciences, Dublin, where she earned qualifications in Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching and Sports Nutrition, followed by a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. She is a registered member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI).
Rebecca now enjoys living a symptom-free life, feeling healthier than ever before. Her own journey from illness to wellness has been difficult but incredibly rewarding. With her personal experience and professional training, she is dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
