Stephanie Webster is a Nutritionist based in Harley Street, London. She is the founder of Urban Health, who aim to provide a science-based method to achieve fat loss and optimal health.

After suffering the loss of her mother to cancer, at 22 Stephanie began her education into Nutrition. She studied at GB Fitness under Caim Leathem and went on to earn a Diploma in Nutrition, a Personal Training qualification and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming certification. During this time she studied alongside athletes, learning their understanding of food as fuel, contrasting with her own views of food as "Naughty, yummy and delicious."

Growing up Stephanie was exposed to food cultures ranging from Western, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Jewish, all of which influence the way she approaches food as a Nutritionist. Her early career was spent working on property projects and helping investors find high yielding property investments. All of Stephanie's previous experience culminated in her founding of Urban Health where she implements her Urban Health System - a fat loss nutrition and coaching programme.

Stephanie aims to provide a holistic approach to her clients' care plans, which not only consider all aspects of their health but are bespoke depending on their needs whilst adhering to Stephanie's Urban Health System.
