About Mr Simon Cockshott
Mr Simon Cockshott qualified from the University of Manchester in 1999 and subsequently completed his general orthopaedic training in the West Midlands, with valuable experience at the renowned Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham and Queen Elizabeth Major Trauma Centre. He then undertook further specialty training at the prestigious Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry, followed by fellowship training in Derby. In 2014, he was appointed as a lower limb surgeon in Derby. Specialising in knee and hip surgery, Mr Cockshott’s areas of expertise include knee arthroscopy, partial and revision knee replacements, and primary hip replacements.
