About Mr Paul Whittingham-Jones
Mr Paul Whittingham-Jones is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery, including primary and revision joint replacement. His practice encompasses the management of young adult hip problems, complex reconstructive procedures, and pelvic and acetabular surgery. He studied medicine at the Royal Free and University College Hospital, London, graduating in 2000. He completed his orthopaedic training on the six-year Stanmore programme, based at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, and went on to undertake higher-level training at St George’s Hospital, Tooting, focusing on pelvic and acetabular surgery as well as complex hip and knee reconstruction. Mr Whittingham-Jones then pursued further subspecialist fellowship training. He worked with Aresh Hashemi-Nejad on the treatment of young adult hip conditions, completed advanced hip and knee surgery training in Ottawa, Canada, under Dr Paul Kim and Professor Paul Beaule, and gained additional experience in primary and revision hip and knee surgery at St Albans Hospital and West Herts NHS Trust. His practice today brings together over two decades of training and clinical experience, providing patients with expertise in all aspects of hip and knee surgery.
