He has trained them in the disciplines of Advanced Cataract Surgery, Medical and Surgical Retina, Ocular Inflammatory diseases and Oculoplastic/ Orbital Surgery. It gives him a great sense of pride and satisfaction that they now practice as Consultant Eye Surgeons all over the world!


Throughout his career, he has been involved in many pioneering clinical research trials, leading to new innovations and has published many papers in internationally recognized Medical Journals. He was also awarded a PhD from the University of Bristol for his research on macular degeneration.
