About
Dr. Imtiaz then pursued advanced training and obtained his Master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh in 2014. He undertook his specialist higher surgical training in the UK from 2011 to 2016, based in North East London, and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2017.
In 2023, Dr. Imtiaz joined Practice Plus Group as a Consultant Surgeon at the Ilford Hospital. He previously worked at William Harvey Hospital, Ashford, and Princess Royal University Hospital, Orpington, where he gained extensive experience in general surgery, colorectal surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and endoscopy.
Dr. Imtiaz is also an Approved Trainer and Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and is involved in the MRCS Examination on both national and international platforms. He actively contributes to medical education by teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
