Frau Dr. Anja Miesel ist leitende Oberärztin und Chefarztvertreterin für Interventionelle und Diagnostische Radiologie der BG Unfallklinik Frankfurt am Main seit 2017. Sie ist Fachärztin für Diagnostische Radiologie mit dem Schwerpunkt für Muskuloskelettale Radiologie insbesondere MRT Bildgebung.
Sie studierte Humanmedizin an der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz von 1987 - 1993. Die Promotion schloss Frau Dr. Miesel 1994 in der Sportmedizin der Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität ( Prof. Böhmer ) ab.
Im Anschluss absolvierte sie das AiP in der Allg. und Unfallchirurgie im Bürgerhospital Frankfurt am Main bei Prof. Wahl/ Dr. Kunz von 1993-1995.
Die Facharztausbildung für diagnostische Radiologie durchlief sie in den Städt. Kliniken Offenbach zwischen 1995 und 2003 unter Dr. Haasner und Prof. Rillinger.
Hiernach arbeitete Sie von 2003 bis 2007 als angestellte Radiologin im Radiomedicum Frankfurt.
Ab Juli 2007 ist Frau Dr. Miesel als Radiologin tätig in der BG Unfallklinik.
Sie ist Mitglied der dt. Röntgengesellschaft.
