Klutmann als Oberarzt der Kardiologie/Angiologie am Marienhospital Lüdinghausen tätig. Anschließend war er bis 2010 als Oberarzt in der Medizinischen Klinik 1 des Krankenhauses Düren tätig.
Dr. med. Klutmann verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Inneren Medizin und Kardiologie. Seine Schwerpunkte liegen insbesondere in der Diagnostik und Behandlung von Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen.
