Her advanced training includes a fellowship in Cardiology at the University Hospital of Amiens, France, and a Diploma in Interventional Cardiology from Université Paris Descartes. Dr. Layal also gained valuable experience in Interventional Cardiology during her fellowship at Clinique Cardiologie et Urgences (Clinique de l’Europe) in Amiens.
Before relocating to the UAE, Dr. Layal worked with several esteemed hospitals in France, where she contributed to the field through numerous published research papers in leading medical journals. Her clinical expertise includes performing complex coronary angioplasties, including procedures involving the left main artery, bifurcations, multi-vessel interventions, and rotablation. She is highly skilled in emergency angioplasty for acute coronary syndromes, as well as heart failure and valvular heart disease management.
