About Mr John Clark
Mr John Clark is an experienced Orthotist at Reflex 18, with a career spanning over 15 years in orthotics and prosthetics. He graduated with a B.Tech in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria, South Africa. Following his internship and first year of practice at Ermelo Provincial Hospital, he relocated to Ireland in 2007 to further his career. In Ireland, Mr Clark worked with a private orthotics firm contracted to the Health Service Executive before moving to the UK in 2011. Since then, he has provided orthotic services for the NHS through various companies, gaining extensive experience in paediatric, neurological, orthopaedic, rheumatology, and diabetic clinics. In addition to his NHS work, he now offers a part-time private home visit service. Committed to continuous professional development, Mr Clark has completed a wide range of advanced courses and attended national and international conferences, including specialist training in biomechanics, gait analysis, scoliosis management, spinal orthoses, diabetic foot care, and dynamic movement orthotics.
