Ms. Jodie Abrahams is a registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist with a focus on women's health. With three years of training in naturopathic nutrition, she specialises in understanding how food and lifestyle choices influence hormonal balance and its impact on various aspects of women's well-being, including emotions, moods, energy levels, and menstrual cycles.  As a Nutrition Consultant at Wild Nutrition and a contributor to Moody Month, Ms. Abrahams actively shares her knowledge and expertise in women's health through speaking engagements and written publications. Her goal is to empower women to discover optimal dietary and lifestyle practices to enhance their overall health. Ms. Abrahams recognises that long-standing symptoms often stem from external and environmental factors in addition to diet.
