Since 2015, he has been a substantive Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Worthing Hospital, where he established a comprehensive HPB service for both cancer and non-cancer work, serving as Upper Gastrointestinal and Hepato-pancreaticobiliary cancer lead.
He has extensive expertise in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. His practice includes gastroscopy and colonoscopy, with advanced procedures such as oesophageal and colonic dilatation and stenting, polypectomy, and the management of acute gastrointestinal bleeding. He has a particular interest in HPB endoscopy and performs Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) for a range of benign and malignant conditions, including bile duct stones, cysts and strictures. He also undertakes Fibroscan assessment and interventional procedures such as fine needle aspiration biopsy.
