Bass Coast Health (BCH) is the major public healthcare provider within the Bass Coast Shire in South Gippsland. It provides a broad range of quality acute, sub-acute, ancillary medical, and ambulatory care services that are fully accredited by the Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS).BCH's residential aged care facilities, Kirrak House and Griffith Point Lodge Hostel, are also both accredited by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (AACQA).
