By working with the subconscious processes and incorporating symbols and psychodynamic interpretation, Zita helps her clients explore unresolved questions and transgenerational heritage through the use of genograms.
The frequency of sessions with Zita typically ranges from 1-3 times per week, depending on the nature and seriousness of the issues at hand. Zita specialises in providing support for adult patients dealing with various concerns, including anxiety, bereavement, burnout, depression, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, and more.
