But to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.” – Buddha. This is one of Yuan’s favourite quotes and what she practices in her daily life and when delivering health care.
Yuan is a registered acupuncturist, Chinese herbal medicine practitioner and dispenser. She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Chinese Medicine and Human Biology at RMIT University (2007) and has also gained a PhD in the area of herbal medicine drug discovery (2012).
Yuan aims to promote a holistic approach to care for those on the fertility and pregnancy journey, using personalised treatment plans. She integrates mindfulness along with acupuncture in her treatment plans, often incorporating meditation, healing music therapy along with Chinese medicine treatment modalities.
Yuan has a special interest in women’s health, mental health and gut health.
