He also pursued training in Manual Medicine and Osteopathy at René Descartes University in France and Musculoskeletal Echography at Sfax University in 2022.
Dr. Ouanes has held prestigious roles, including serving as Head of the Medical Department for professional football teams and elite athletes. He was the medical director for the Etoile Sportive du Sahel football team, which won the Tunisian professional football league in 2022-2023, and the African Elite Regional Tennis Center from 2022-2024. Previously, he led the medical department at AL AHLY Sport Club in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, contributing to their victories in the national league, King Cup, Crown Prince Cup, and Super Cup.
In academia, Dr. Ouanes has served as an Assistant Professor (2009-2017) and currently as an Associate Professor (2018-present) in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at Sousse University, Tunisia.
