About
Dr Neves has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of periodontal disease, peri-implantitis and gum recession. He uses modern, minimally invasive techniques to help patients achieve healthy gums, stable dental implants and long-term oral health. His clinical work includes complex regenerative procedures such as bone and soft tissue grafting, mucogingival (gum plastic) surgery, and surgical treatment for advanced gum and implant disease.
He also accepts referrals for specialist periodontal care and works closely with referring dentists to ensure coordinated and seamless patient management. Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Neves leads research focused on periodontal regeneration and the links between oral and systemic health. He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and secured competitive research funding, ensuring his patient care remains evidence-based, holistic and aligned with the latest scientific advancements.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
