About Vidhi Mehta
Vidhi Mehta is Chartered and HCPC-registered Physiotherapist at Technique Health and Fitness Old Street. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Lokmanya Tilak Medical College, India in 2019 and completed physiotherapy internships before relocating to the UK. In 2022, Vidhi completed her Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Leeds Beckett University and began practicing as a Specialist Physiotherapist at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. Vidhi also holds a qualification in Hand Rehabilitation from the HU University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands. Vidhi is a passionate specialist in sports and exercise medicine, with a particular emphasis on preventive care. With extensive experience in rehabilitating athletes, she excels in addressing knee, shoulder, and hand injuries, showcasing her proficiency in sports-related conditions. She also has expertise in the management of post-COVID symptoms, neurological physiotherapy, respiratory physiotherapy and elderly care. She utilises evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning to develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs Alongside her clinical roles, Vidhi is also the leader of the Bloomsbury Football Charity Foundation.
