A significant portion of Prof. Andrews' practice focuses on managing issues arising from childbirth, particularly obstetric anal sphincter injuries (third and fourth-degree tears), perineal problems, and conditions affecting postpartum recovery. He is experienced in performing endoanal ultrasound and anal manometry to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
