About
Ms. Anand holds a Master’s degree in Urology from UCLH and completed her specialist urology training across leading hospitals in London and the East of England, including tertiary, teaching, and local units. Her primary expertise lies in endoluminal endourology, particularly in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary stone disease (urolithiasis), using the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques. She also specialises in prostate surgery, pelvic surgery, female urology, and andrology, with a focus on sexual and erectile dysfunction.
As a dedicated urological cancer specialist, Ms. Anand provides comprehensive cancer assessments and works closely with specialist multi-disciplinary teams, oncologists, and robotic and laparoscopic surgeons to ensure patients receive the most effective and compassionate care during their treatment journey.
Previously, she served as the lead for Ipswich’s urinary stone services before transitioning into her current role as the clinical and governance lead for the Ipswich Urology Unit, where she plays a vital role in maintaining excellence in patient safety and care quality.
Ms. Anand is an esteemed member of several professional organisations, including the British Medical Association, British Association of Urological Surgeons, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and the Medical Protection Society.
