Post qualifying, they went on to do specialist training in working with couples, brief-term trauma therapy (EMDR) as well as third-wave or most recent developments in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT) such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness (MBCT).
