I SPECALISE IN NARCISSISTIC ABUSE RECOVERY , ANXIETY & PANIC ATTACKS. I suffered from anxiety&panic attacks for 22yrs due to bullying & narcissistic abuse, which held my back from achieving my goals until I got help. Being a Co-dependent people pleaser meant that I was putting other people’s wants and needs before my own, trying to get acceptance, manage the situation and to keep the peace. This was exhausting until I learned how to take my personal power back
I Help clients to gain effective control over their lives. I teach clients how to accept themselves to work through their feelings of low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and feeling like they are good enough. I help clients to overcome these issues & learn better communication & assertiveness skills to have more effective control over their lives.
I genuinely believe that honesty, respect and trust are essential for us to work together. I believe client’s deserves to be listened to, heard and understood in order for them to begin their recovery process. This then frees the client from issues that once kept them stuck, to make positive changes to move forward & better communication skills.
