Dr Saman Punchihewa is a clinical neurophysiologist at Neurology Network Melbourne with a special interest in epilepsy and neurophysiology. He also sees patients at Frankston Hospitals and Monash Medical Centre, where he plays a significant role in the neurophysiology unit. He completed a second year of advanced neurology training at St Vincent's Hospital before further fellowship training in electromyography/nerve conduction studies, autonomic reflex screening testing, and epilepsy at Monash Neurology.
Dr Punchiheara is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists and the Amaerican Academy of Neurologists.
