About Mr Ruben Cordeiro
Rúben Cordeiro is a skilled and experienced physiotherapist specialised in sports, musculoskeletal, and orthopaedic rehabilitation. He takes a holistic, hands-on approach combining manual therapy with tailored rehabilitation exercises to treat both the injury and its root causes. His treatments often include joint manipulation, proprioceptive stretching, functional strengthening, acupuncture, dry needling, and kinesio taping, all aimed at supporting recovery and preventing re-injury. Rúben currently works at both London City Physiotherapy, where he sees clients on Mondays and Saturdays, and at Wellness In Motion Tuesdays to Fridays.
