Dr Roland Teare is a GP Partner and GP Surgeon based in Wiltshire, with a specialist focus on Sports and Exercise Medicine (SEM). Dr Teare has extensive experience in elite and community sport. He has previously worked as a club doctor in professional football and has provided medical support within athletics and school sport. He is currently the Team Doctor and Lead Academy Doctor at Bath Rugby. In recent seasons, he has acted as a match-day doctor for Premiership, European and Six Nations rugby competitions and undertook a similar role at the Women’s Rugby World Cup in 2025.
