About Dr Robert Pierce
Robert Pierce trained at Nottingham University and qualified as a General Practitioner in 2006. He spent eight years working in Lancashire before returning to his home island of Jersey, where he was a partner in a local practice for a decade, providing a broad range of medical services in a non-NHS setting. Dr Pierce has recently moved back to the UK to support his daughter’s sporting ambitions and now works three days a week at an NHS practice in Bookham. He brings with him a wealth of experience from both NHS and independent healthcare systems, which informs his thoughtful and adaptable approach to patient care. He has developed a particular interest in sleep medicine and is committed to understanding the wider context of his patients’ lives and working collaboratively to support their overall health and wellbeing. Outside of medicine, Dr Pierce enjoys casual cycling, hiking, and reading Russian novels.
"Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions."
