Dr Roaa Khallaf is a Consultant Neurologist with a specialisation in cognitive and behavioural neurology. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with cognitive disorders. Dr Khallaf focuses on creating effective treatment pathways and contributes to the national development of dementia services.
Dr Khallaf earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah in 2009. She then completed the Saudi Board of Neurology in 2015. Following this, she pursued further specialisation with a fellowship in behavioural neurology at the University of Toronto, Canada, which she completed in 2018.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr Khallaf is actively involved in advancing the field of neurology. She holds the position of secretary general of the Saudi Cognitive and Behavioural Neurology Chapter and is a national lead for dementia services within the Ministry of Health.
