Reema completed her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Surrey. She then completed a Master's in Sports and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University. She currently practices as a Dietitian at Dietitian Fit & Co. She is passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food and provide advice and support with every area of their health and wellbeing. She is specialised in providing care for individuals with the following conditions: • Weight management • Emotional eating • Type 2 diabetes • High cholesterol • High blood pressure • Polycystic ovary syndrome • IBS • FODMAP intolerance • Dietary requirements (e.g. plant-based or vegan) She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). With this training she can help her clients through behavioural change interventions, lifestyle interventions and motivational interviewing. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve realistic and measurable goals. She invites her clients into a comfortable, judgement-free environment to empower and encourage them to make better life decisions and become their best self. She tailors her advice to suit each client to ensure consistent and long-term results.
