He is trained in degenerative lumbar and cervical spine surgery, spinal deformity and scoliosis surgery, spinal navigation techniques, and lateral access lumbar surgery, with a particular interest in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery.

He practises in both NHS and private healthcare settings. His NHS practice is based at The Royal London Hospital, where he also holds the role of Clinical Governance Lead for Complex Spine Surgery.
