She completed her medical degree in Bulgaria before relocating to Botswana, where she served as a Senior Medical Officer in General Medicine for six years at the largest tertiary referral centre in the capital city of Gaborone. Her international experience exposed her to a wide range of medical challenges and cases.

Afterward, she relocated to London, where she pursued higher medical training in General Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. During her training, she rotated through several hospitals, including the Royal Free Hospital, Basildon Hospital, Queen's Hospital, and Barnet and Chase Farms Hospitals.

In 2014, Dr. Naydenova was appointed as a Consultant at North Middlesex Hospital, where she continues to run a high-volume and busy Medical and Geriatric service. Her role includes overseeing a 24-bed care of the elderly ward, conducting weekly teleconferences with community colleagues from Haringey, providing expert advice and vetting referrals, conducting Day Hospital sessions, and working in the Emergency Department and Frailty Unit to comprehensively assess older adults.

Dr. Naydenova is dedicated to maintaining high standards of care within her specialty. She remains up-to-date with the latest scientific research and key issues in her field. She was elected as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in September 2018.
