About
I am psychotherapist based in Swords, County Dublin. I holds Master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I am a pre-accredited member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Ireland.
My professional experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and families on a range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I also supports individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts and has a particular interest in helping those affected by domestic violence and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrates person-centred, humanistic and integrative, and psychodynamic methods. I place strong emphasis on the mind–body connection and I encourage clients to view healing as a holistic process, often integrating lifestyle and movement awareness into therapy.
With additional training in criminal psychology, I bring a deep understanding of behavioural patterns and the ways in which challenging environments can shape people’s lives and decisions.
I aim to create a caring and open space where clients feel heard and understood, and where they can develop practical tools to strengthen their emotional well-being and resilience. I offer online sessions to make therapy more flexible and accessible.
