Dr. Coulter is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients and families facing serious illness through compassionate, patient-centred care. His approach focuses on early identification, assessment, and management of symptoms while providing holistic support that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

Over the course of his career, he has achieved numerous postgraduate qualifications, including Diplomas in obstetricians and gynaecology, child health, and palliative medicine. Alongside this, Dr. Coulter is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, as well as a Member and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. He has also completed additional training in family planning, child health, and drug misuse management.
