Mr Nicholas Dawe is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Trust, a position he has held since 2019. He has a particular interest in hearing and balance disorders, with ongoing research involvement in areas such as hearing loss and Ménière’s disease. He is the lead author of several peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in his field.
Alongside his clinical work, Mr Dawe is actively involved in education and training. He leads surgical training courses in advanced otology for both local trainees and international delegates, teaches medical students and mentors junior doctors and ENT trainees.
