Mr Naveethan Sivanadarajah

Mr. Naveethan Sivanadarajah is a highly skilled Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon, specialising in Foot and Ankle Surgery. His primary practice is based at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, with additional private practices across Central London and Essex. Mr. Sivanadarajah’s expertise spans all aspects of foot and ankle pathology, including bunion surgery, sports injuries, and complex trauma management. His multidisciplinary approach to patient care involves close collaboration with physiotherapists, radiologists, podiatrists, and orthotists, ensuring the delivery of up-to-date and comprehensive treatment plans, both non-operative and surgical. Mr. Sivanadarajah graduated with Distinction from University College London, one of the top 10 global universities, and completed his postgraduate training in North Central Thames and East of England deaneries, with higher orthopaedic training at the world-renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore. He gained significant expertise in complex foot and ankle surgery, paediatric orthopaedics, trauma, and peripheral nerve injuries under esteemed leaders in the field. After completing the FRCS examination, Mr. Sivanadarajah undertook the prestigious Windsor Foot Fellowship under Mr. Raman Dega and Mr. Callum Clark. He further expanded his knowledge during a visiting fellowship at Twin Cities Orthopaedics Hospital in the U.S., working with Dr. Chris Coetzee, the former president of the American Foot & Ankle Society. Mr. Sivanadarajah has received numerous accolades, including the Certificate of Excellence at the House of Lords and the Seddon Society Award. He has published extensively in high-ranking journals and contributed to key orthopaedic textbooks, sharing his expertise with future surgeons. As a sought-after speaker, he has presented at prestigious national and international conferences, including the British Foot and Ankle Society and the Royal Society of Medicine. His research collaborations with the Bioengineering Department at Imperial College London focus on computer modelling and advanced fixation methods in foot and ankle surgery. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Mr. Sivanadarajah serves as the lead for Trauma & Orthopaedics training at Imperial College Healthcare, overseeing postgraduate training and recruitment. He is also involved in undergraduate training and is an examiner for final-year medical students.
