About
Ms Natasha Gale is a Chartered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) and orthopaedic rehabilitation. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton, where she graduated with first-class honours, and is registered with both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Ms Gale has developed broad expertise treating NHS and private patients, as well as competitive athletes, across a wide range of MSK and orthopaedic conditions. Her clinical focus includes post-operative rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction, arthroscopic procedures, and joint replacements, alongside sports injury management, tendon rehabilitation, and return-to-running programmes. She also has specialist experience in managing sports injuries in younger athletes aged 12 and above.
Her practice combines evidence-based physiotherapy with advanced knowledge of biomechanics, strength and conditioning, and movement retraining. She employs a range of techniques including exercise therapy, Pilates, manual therapy, soft tissue mobilisation, taping, and shockwave therapy.
Ms Gale has previously worked in hospital and private clinic settings, served as Lead Physiotherapist in semi-professional rugby, and is part of the medical classifier team for British Cycling. She maintains close collaboration with consultants, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
