About Dr Narin Shareef
Dr. Narin Shareef is a highly experienced Consultant Dermatologist specialising in both medical and surgical dermatology. She completed her training in South West London and further honed her expertise through a clinical fellowship at St John's Institute of Dermatology. Dr. Shareef is adept at managing a broad range of conditions, including skin cancer, mole assessments, acne, eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss, and she also performs minor procedures such as biopsies and lesion removals. Dr. Shareef graduated from Barts and The London Medical School (MBBS) and additionally achieved a first-class intercalated BSc. She further advanced her academic profile by completing a postgraduate MSc in Medical Education at UCL/Royal College of Physicians, earning a merit grade. An enthusiastic educator, she has presented at national and international conferences. Fluent in Kurdish and conversant in basic Arabic, Dr. Shareef is also actively involved in a migrant health working group, striving to improve dermatological care for underserved communities. In her NHS role in South West London, she continues to provide high-quality, patient-centred care, making significant contributions to both clinical practice and medical education.
