About

Dr Muaaz Tarabichi is a renowned Consultant Otolaryngologist with over 30 years of experience. He is based in Dubai and currently sees patients at Gargash Hospital, Neuro Spinal Hospital and the Tarabichi Stammberger Ear and Sinus Institute (where he is the Co-Founder).
Dr Tarabichi completed his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean, Sint Maarten in 1983. He became certified as a specialist in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology in 1990. For the last 30 years, Dr Tarabichi has pioneered medical techniques in the area of endoscopic ear and sinus surgery and is recognised worldwide as the 'Father of Endoscopic Ear Surgery'.
He co-founded Tarabichi Stammberger Ear and Sinus Institute with the sole mission to improve the safety, quality, effectiveness and cost of medical interventions for ear and sinus problems.
Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Tarabichi served as the Chairman for the International Advisory Board, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Foundation and the Middle East Academy of Otolaryngology. He is currently a Founding Board Member of the International Working Group on Endoscopic Ear Surgery (IWGEES) and the Arab Academy of Otology and Cochlear Implants (AAOCI).
