About Ms Mariana Bakewell
Mariana graduated with a master's from the University College of Osteopathy in 2016. Since then, she has worked for various companies, including The Royal Opera House Covent Garden, and The Urdang Academy for Performing Arts. She has run her practice within a CrossFit gym in the City and she works regularly with charities including Blood Cancer UK, Myeloma UK, Cure Leukemia, and The Royal British Legion, supporting cyclists on London to Paris bike rides, and runners in the London Marathon every year. In 2022, she completed a further master's degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary's University of London, which has helped deepen her knowledge of sporting injuries, and creating effective exercise rehabilitation programs for her patients. Mariana is also a clinic tutor at the University College of Osteopathy, and a technique tutor at the London School of Osteopathy. Her special interests include headaches, temporomandibular pain, neck pain, back pain, and postural aches and pains.
