She completed her Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Durham in 2001 and found her passion for Osteopathy when training to be a Histologist. This led her to complete her Master of Osteopathic Medicine (MOst) degree at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. After qualifying as an Osteopath by the General Osteopathic Council, she began studying postgraduate courses in various osteopathic techniques to make her treatments more effective. These courses included a Postgraduate Certificate in Acupuncture at the European School of Osteopathy, a Diploma of Classical Osteopathy at the Institute of Classical Osteopathy, a Diploma of Paediatric Osteopathy at the Foundation of Paediatric Osteopathy and a Postgraduate Course in Cranial Osteopathy at the Sutherland Institute of Cranial Osteopathy.
At Bay Osteopath, Ms Bahal sees patients with a range of ailments including neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, chronic pain, sports injuries, arthritis, whiplash and sciatica.
