About Mrs Diana Slade-Sharman
Mrs. Diana Slade-Sharman is a well known Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon based in the South of UK (Witshire, Hampshire and Dorset), specialising in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast and body. With over 16 years of experience as an NHS Consultant (15 years at Salisbury Foundation Trust and 1 year as Locum Consultant at St Andrew's, Chelmsford), she is highly experienced, skilled and fully accredited in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. She has a particular interest and high level of expertise in all aspects of breast aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Her focus is on the natural looking breast and chest. Mrs. Slade-Sharman has held significant roles within the NHS, serving as the department lead for Clinical Governance and as the lead for Breast Plastic Surgery at Salisbury for a total of nine years. During this time she has been recognised for her key role in developing the regional Breast reconstruction service. She is currenty Plastic Surgery lead for the MAC (Medical Advisory Commitee) at Newhall Hospital, Salisbury. Mrs Slade-Sharman's surgical training was in London, Cambridge, Taiwan (Chang Gung Memorial Hospital). She is among a select group of Plastic Surgeons who completed a national Breast Oncoplastic Training post at St Andrew's Hospital, Chelmsford, as well as a Cosmetic Fellowship in London and Essex (St Andrew's Cosmetic Surgeons). Committed to delivering the highest standards of care, Mrs. Slade-Sharman tailors her approach to meet the individual needs of each patient. Her expertise covers a wide range of cosmetic breast surgery procedures, including breast reduction, breast augmentation or enlargement, mastopexy or uplift, breast asymmetry, breast implant removal, breast revisional procedures, lipotransfer or fat transfer, gynaecomastia and breast reconstruction. She performs body contouring procedures such as abdominoplasty or tummy tuck, brachioplasty or arm reduction, thigh reduction or lift, liposuction and labiaplasty surgery. Additionally, she performs facial procedures like upper blepharoplasty and ear correction or pinnaplasty. She is a member of the Specialist Skin MDT at Salisbury Hospital and performs skin cancer surgery as well as benign skin lesion surgery such as lipomas, moles and other skin lesions. As a member of professional organisations, including the General Medical Council (GMC), the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCSE), and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), Mrs. Slade-Sharman upholds the highest standards of professionalism and expertise in her field.
