About Mr Zahid Raza
Mr Zahid Raza is a Consultant specialising in Vascular Surgery, and is currently working for the Royal Infirmary in Edinburgh. Within vascular surgery, he has a particular interest in varicose vein surgery, arterial bypass surgery, carotid surgery, claudication treatment and aortic surgery. Mr Raza qualified in Medicine from the University of Dundee in 1990, before undertaking training in vascular surgery in Edinburgh, Dundee and Hull. He has been working as a Consultant Vascular Surgeon at The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, and as a Senior Lecturer for the University of Edinburgh since 2002. He holds several memberships with the Vascular Society, the European Society for Vascular Surgery and the British Medical Association.
