Mr William Cross

About
Following a robotic training fellowship in Sweden, Mr Cross developed the Leeds Robotic Prostatectomy Programme, one of the first in the UK. He is the prostate cancer multidisciplinary team lead for Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and is actively involved in prostate cancer education, clinical service development and clinical trials.
His current positions include:
• Prostate Cancer UK Education Advisory Group Member
• Trial Management Group Member of the STAMPEDE trial (Systemic Therapy in Advancing or Metastatic Prostate Cancer: Evaluation of Drug Efficacy)
• Trial Management Group Member of the RADICALS trial (Radiotherapy and Androgen Deprivation In Combination After Local Surgery. A randomised controlled trial in prostate cancer)
• Clinical and Scientific/Academic Advisory Group Member for the LAPCD study (Life After Prostate Cancer Diagnosis)
