Mr Savant is a Consultant Ophthalmologist who completed his junior fellowship in uveitis and inflammatory disorders at the University of Birmingham. He has extensive experience in general ophthalmology as well as cataract surgery. He specialises in corneal and external eye diseases. Mr Savant is one of the few surgeons countrywide who performs the latest endothelial corneal transplant surgery.

He has published and presented work both nationally and internationally and has reviewed for several international journals.
