Mr
Mr Tom Cecil
General Surgery
About
His intense interest in laparoscopic colorectal surgery and peritoneal cancer surgery is reflected in the prestigious roles he is appointed. He is the Clinical Director of the Peritoneal Malignancy Institute in Basingstoke, which is considered one of the largest centers in the world for peritoneal cancer treatments. In addition, he is responsible for several training programs for laparoscopic surgeries both nationally and internationally, as his main aim is to improve the quality of care for patients around the world and reach an excellent level.
Except from his very active clinical life, Mr Thomas is a vigorous researcher having published and presented numerous papers on laparoscopic colorectal surgery and peritoneal malignancy.
It is important that HCA is transparent about our relationship with those doctors who provide us with clinical guidance on delivering the best possible care to patients and operating our hospitals safely and efficiently.
