Mr Seán Molloy is a Consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon based at the Spine Unit at The Princess Grace Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK. Prior to becoming a spinal surgeon he had a successful career as a chiropractor resulting in him being well placed in understanding the relationship between conservative management and surgical solutions for spinal conditions.
Mr Molloy was appointed to the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust in Stanmore in 2005 as an orthopaedic spinal surgeon. He has has been a consultant there since then, gaining extensive experience in complex paediatric and adult spinal deformity surgery. He has published extensively in the world's premier spinal journals and is a frequently invited speaker both nationally and internationally. He is in the top 7 percentile researchers on Research Gate.
Mr Molloy has been awarded the title of Visiting Professor from a very respected Chinese University, Fujian Medical University.
