Mr Unadkat is one of only a handful of Double Board Certified ENT & Facial Plastic Surgeons in the UK, specialising exclusively in rhinoplasty, reconstructive nasal surgery nasal polyps, sinus surgery, and snoring surgery. In 2023, following rigorous assessment, he successfully become one of a few Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeons in the UK, accredited by both the International & European Boards for Certification in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (IBCFPRS/EBCFPRS).
Mr Unadkat has made significant contributions to all fields of ENT surgery and has authored a number of book chapters on rhinoplasty surgery. He has also gained funding to research the connection between functional nasal surgery and snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
He is also involved in the training of new surgeons and speaks regularly at conferences all around the world. He is a member of the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and was the first president of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) Junior Members Board. He co-directs both the UCL FRCS course in Otolaryngology and the UCL/Royal National Rhinoplasty Course - the oldest rhinoplasty course in the UK.
