He currently holds additional responsibilities in his clinic including being Director and Clinical Lead for Fetal Medicine services, making him responsible for all high risk and routine pregnancy ultrasounds. More recently, he was nominated by the newspaper "The Times" as one of the UK's leading consultants treating young patients in Britain.
Mr Pandya is a passionate educator and is heavily involved in teaching and established several courses to support the training of students and doctors, including "Amniocentesis Workshop", "Dilemmas in Obstetric Ultrasound", "Basic Obstetric Ultrasound", "Screening for fetal anomalies in the First Trimester", and "Cardiac anomalies in the First trimester – Diagnosis and management".
Mr Pandya also holds positions in several professional organisations including Chair of Fetal Anomaly Screening Programme (FASP) and Chair of Down's Syndrome Screening Programme Advisory Group at the National Screening Committee (NSC), which aims to develop and implement policies on the screening of fetal anomalies and Down's syndrome in England.
